It's hard to say for sure just looking at the animation. But there was an alien in Palm Springs that I think is what you're seeing. That was visited by Billy Connacher and Alex Alpert. I think Billy went to Aztec first, so didn't have the rain issues. Alex went to Palm Springs first, so had lots of issues in Aztec! Hope that helps!
